Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days to prepare & ship your order. 

UK Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.

UK Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days.

EU & International: 2-11 business days depending on location.

Total delivery time = processing + shipping + any courier delays.

*Royal mail is our courier of choice for UK, EU and International shipping. Tracked and Signed for for UK and EU shipping only. We only use DHL in special circumstances and cases.

*Total delivery time excludes weekends and bank holidays.

*The transit times quoted are what is promised by our courier, please bear in mind these may be subject to delays on their end for a variety of reasons which will be out of our control.

*Additional charges such as Import Duties may apply upon delivery for orders shipping to the EU and International Countries. Please note that we are not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. All fees associated with your order including import and custom charges incurred after purchase from Marula Hair are the sole responsibility of Customers. Marula Hair accepts no liability for delays, fees or actions taken by customs authorities in the Customers' country. Customers are therefore advised to take ALL necessary precautions whilst entering personal and delivery details.

*Marula Hair will not be held liable for any incorrect delivery details or shipment addresses. Once an order has been placed, we will not be able to change the delivery address. If any parcels go missing as a result of the customer providing the incorrect address we will not be liable. If in any case, an order has been shipped to an incorrect delivery address, Marula Hair will not be liable and the Customer will be held accountable for re-delivery charges.
